An educational outreach program for faculty, staff, and volunteers.

Examine your motivations and expectations surrounding alcohol and other drugs. Learn the risks and potential dangers for yourself and others.

Complete Level 1 if you are an incoming or first-year student.

In this 30-minute course, you will examine your motivations and expectations surrounding the use of alcohol or drugs. You’ll learn the risks, how to recognize and avoid the potential dangers, and how to help yourself and others make better decisions.

Complete Level 2 if you are an older student or have already completed Level 1.

In this 30-minute course, you will examine influences in the physical, social, and emotional environments that impact the use of alcohol or drugs. You will learn strategies for planning to use alcohol, pivoting when plans change, and intervening when friends have had too much.

In this 30-minute course, you will learn about drug classifications, the dangers of drug use, and explore healthy ways to have fun and reduce stress without the use of drugs.
